Need two Wordpress Plugin/widgets created for my Fine Art Website

I am in need of a wordpress expert programmer to develop two plugins that act like widgets for my fine art website.

The first plugin/widget will allow me to enter several bits of info about the piece of art work in the left column from my admin area of my wordpress installation. The info would include, artwork date of completion, medium used, size, then three different options for including a link directly to my online shop. These links would only display if a link in the post admin area was included. The three different buttons would be purchase buttons that link to the original, prints or fine art cards.

the second plug in would be a previous and next feature that would appear above the main image. The next/previous buttons would link to the next piece of artwork in my collection. I would like there to be small thumbs of the next and previous art. There should also be small arrows indicating next and previous.
