A sports photography website is required. There are four main functional areas of the design:
#1 - Web users will be able to browse the photo collection and purchase the photos & other products. (Integration with a payment processor is required). Web users will be able to view details on upcoming events (i.e. event name, date, contact information). Past race results will also be available (PHP scripts required).
#2 - Photographers will be able to upload there photos to the website (i.e. up to 8 GB) where they will be placed into a holding area, waiting to be encoded. Other people, let's call them sorters, will be able to log in, retrieve theses photos and sort them. Sorting criteria will then be placed in the file names and uploaded back to ther server where they will be categorized by the software and put up for sale. The software is required to parse the photos via the filenames.
#3 - Race organizers/photographers will be able to submit new requests/functions that will be approved by an administrator. For instance, the race organizer will be able to submit upcoming event information, preview the changes and then submit his/her request. The request will be forwarded to the ADMINISTRATOR who in turn will approve or deny the change. Notification will automatically be sent to the appropriate parties.
An additional feature will be scheduling of events.
#4 - The photographer, race organizer, administrator and/or SUPER USER will be able to view the appropriate money accounts. Various statistics & graphs should be available. Integaration with the payment processor is required.
This is just a high-level overview. Final contenders will receive a DETAILED specification.

Most graphic design is already complete. Minor aesthetics changes may be needed.
## Platform
UNIX running PHP & MySQL. No ASP.
The developer should have his or her own server to do development.
