PHP SOAP for Filemaker/NetSuite Integration

I need to import about 20,000 items into NetSuite from Filemaker using the NetSuite WebServices API (SOAP requests posted to NetSuite's Web Services with data in XML format) - full documentation will be provided. I need to transform Filemaker Pro data to XML output properly formatted as a SOAP request that will communicate with NetSuite's SuiteTalk Web Services platform. There is a Filemaker plugin that allows all code to be written in PHP with a built-in PHP function for referencing Filemaker data. I need the following functionality: 1) Update a Custom List (sample SOAP request will be provided) with data 2) Add/Update Item records include Matrix Items (full NetSuite documentation will be provided including sample SOAP requests) 3) Since NetSuite allows only 100 record limit of synchronous or 400 record limit of asynchronous during peak hours, and we have over 20,000 items to add, there needs to be functionality to loop through groups of records, performing a SOAP request on each group. All code can be written in PHP using the Filemaker plug-in I will provide.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
