simple blog and podcasting site (php/mysql)

I am looking for an expert PHP/mySQL programmer/designer who can professionally design a template for 2 sites (making a custom design w/ css/xhtml) and configuring/install and a [_wordpress.com_][1] blog and [url removed, login to view] blog/podcast onto my server.

Person “must?? be familiar with wordpress blogging and how to install/integrate podcasting into a wordpress blog.

The job entails:

1.)

Configuring(server)/customizing the design of my blog on and building a 5 page website for my company's homepage. The homepage will need a custom logo, about 3 - 5 links, and a link to my wordpress blog that also needs to have a custom template.

Here's an example of a site that has a homepage and a link to their blog: [_[url removed, login to view]][2] (this is similar to how I want my homepage layout and blog).

2.)

Configure(server)/customize the design a blog/podcasting site for me on my server using [_wordpress.com_][1] blogging/podcasting application. The site would work and look similar to: ([_www.venturevoice.com_][3]).

I would also need you to test and make sure that my podcast files are being properly directed to my site via my [_audioblog.com_][4] account.

So, I am looking for a person who knows how to set up podcasting/blogging technology with customizing the templates (and making a simple logo for me) for my blog site and my blog/podcasting site.

Basically, the crux of the job is configuring the technology onto my server(php mysql), and customizing the layouts via xhtml/css.

Nothing is really getting built from scratch.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
