Simple PHP and WDSL required

Needed:

A PHP based webservice which returns an XML array of messages. You can just hardcode the results it returns, Ill hook it up to my database later.

I also need a WDSL which describes the web service, and an XML schema document too (XSD).

I will use all of this in a Flex add, allowing my users to view their messages on my website.

The nature of the web service...

Pass a couple of parameters via HTTP GET to the PHP script (userid, password, searchterms)

The PHP script returns.... an XML document containing a lit of messages, with various fields (id, authorname, subject, messagebody).

The WDSL and XSD will be static documents which also must be delivered as part of this project.

The spec is quite loose because Im really just looking for an example without having to read all the WDSL 2.0 spec. I will need to modify your XSD and WDSL later so its really just an example to get me started

This job should be a doddle for anyone whose used these technologies before.

Please give an indication of how quickly you could deliver this. No generic bids from software houses please (bids should mention something to indicate you've actually read my requirements)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
