Add a New payment Gateway To a joomla e-commerce extension - Detailed spec

We are using joomla 3.4 and a joomla Extension for e-commerce called En Masse. I have created an in depth document after analyzing the code on how to add a New Payment Gateway. The Gateway we are wanting to add is UsaEPay. Please read the attached brief before contacting me as it details exactly how to accomplish this. For serious bidders I will give you a download link to a JPA file and kick starter script that will set up a development copy of our website on your local development server I have many more modifications I need for this Joomla site so anyone who does this fast and good will get considered for the follow up work.
