Add upload fields to a contact form

Hi,
I have a PHP contact form that you can see here:

I need to have some upload fields added to it with these rules:
- one compulsory field
- a group of 3 fields, only the first being compulsory
For each of the 4 upload fields, the max size needs to be 2 mo. Only PDF or JPG or PNG.
The form sends two mails using PHPMailer. You'll need to attached the uploaded documents to one of these mails.
Finally, you'll make sure that they are secured and you'll explained why what you did make your solution safe to exploit.
