No Microsoft products please. JQuery preferred, as it can dynamically adjust display to any sized screen. System just has to run in a browser, Firefox preferred.
1st part of project is to integrate or install Stripe (Payment taking API) into an existing website, as an introduction.
2nd part of project is to code an Admin Dashboard to oversee account opening and payment processing of orders automatically upon payment click. Full documentation supplied. Take PayPals Dashboard as template, but some additions needed.
Sign and return NDA to get documentation, experience in this area to shorten development time will favor applicant(s). As payments are involved good security is needed. System will be audited by web security company after built.

OVERVIEW. For speed here is a quick description without much detail.
The system Admins Client websites SHOP CHECKOUT pages, where their Customer wants to payby credit card. The CHECKOUT page sits in an iframe that is admin'd by this system build. It routes the Customer details and Order details and records them in a dB, then it onward sends the needed details through to Mezza9.org's Stripe account. Mezza9 charges the Customers credit card for a virtual card number of the value of their SHOP Order. This is for Privacy and Security, the Credit Card company doesnt know what the Customer bought. The Customer and the Website CHECKOUT is sent a message and an email to say if the charge went through OK or not.
NOTE: There are NO milestone payments on this build. Company policy is we cant buy something we cant use, like 30% of a coded system.
As per Freelancer rules, we need the complete system delivered and tested, before full payment will be released.
Dont forget this system also needs a log of who did what, when. This is to able to track changes in the system so when users and clients are loged in we can check what they have done if they have changed something.
