Need to develop a website where customers can join (pay), login and complete online forms (All data fields have been documented in excel) Some of the database responses will need to attach documents (PDF/JPEG) Some of the database responses will also need to generate outbound messages at future data and time as a reminder to customer. Some customers may need to add (Sub users) to answer specific sections of the database. Customers will need to be able to print out the results of database in a format like the industry standard.
The database should also have links to a wiki/content management portal to help customers as they complete items they may not fully understand. The knowledge base will be provided. Will also need to be easily updated as database questions and responses evolve over time.
The fine details will need to be discussed to make sure the project scope is correct and accurate. The website domain has been reserved. The website should be visually captivating but not complex.
