Build a Website mysql and php & design

This website is going to be like a e-bay for skills people can teach each other skills and can contact each other via skype telephone or messages through the website or meet in person when they want to find someone to meet in person they will put in their zip code and how far they are willing to travel. people will be able to login with facebook,google and twitter to register.

The messages sent through the website will be recorded to make sure people are not cheating the system.

the information we will need to grab will be

*buyer or seller or both.

*first name and last name

*addresses

*e-mail address

if seller

we will grab the skill they want to sell

*how much does it cost

*is it flat rate or hourly rate

*their experience

*pictures

the main page will display a list of all the sellers then there will be a search by location and keywords

the profile page will display all the information that we collected

and it will also have a hire button. when the hire button is clicked it will send a e-mail to the seller that someone wants to hire them and provide the buyers information

this is on going work with improvements and additions added to the site as it grows.

i know a little php so i can speak in technological terms
