We plan to start a spiritual/tarot paysite. The plan is for anyone to be able to join as an advisor or customer. The site will use text chat and possibly microphone (no need for camera at this point). Customers will be charged per minute (PPM) and/or per session (PPV). We are looking for a company or individual programmers.
We want you to:
1. Already have a program which we can buy from you.
2. Know about a program that we can buy and you can install for us.
3. Know about a program which we can buy and you can modify to our
needs.
4. Build the site by using existing plugins. They can cost money or be free of charge.

DESIGN
The starting page on the site will contain a number of squares. One square for each advisor. If you click one of the squares you go to the page of that advisor. There you find information about the advisor and buttons for charged services.
MORE:
Both advisor and customers should be able to use cellphones, tablets, laptops or stationary computers to use the site.
We need a simple app to make it easy to go to our site.
Encryption and security.
If possible an affiliate system.
This is an estimate off what we need. Features can be added or removed according to changing circumstances.
We also need to know what operating system you like to use, Wordpress etc.
