CSV Import - Add 2 fields and update code for import

I have a working CSV import using superstorefinder. It imports listings, and finds the geo locations after import.
I want to add 2 extra fields into the import, Longitude and Latitude.
If a listing has long and lat, then the listing will import use the long and lat provided.
If a listing does not have long and lat, then the import works as normal and finds the long and lat as it currently does
Your job is to add the 2 fields long and lat and make the import use the long and lat if the fields are not blank
Atached is a copy of the working csv file with long lat aded
