Connecting to SQL DB and Displaying Calucatlation on Web Interfaced

Currently, I'm using Microsoft Retail Management system. And the Database is SQL, what I want to do is pull certain information from the database; and display the information on the screen with calculation.
This is the process Step by Step:
1. Customer scan the product barcode
2. The Screen will display: Itemlookupcode, Description, Case cost, Supplier, And a calculation Wholesale price.(Case cost *25%)
3. on the bottom of the screen there will be a button that says "OK"
