Content and Style tweaks on Wordpress website

We have a list of 5 issues outstanding on our website - they should be straight forward - please see the list below -
Across the whole website
· On pages with a side bar that the content area is not very long - the pink footer area of the page is obscuring part of the bottom of the sidebar.
· On pages with less content - there is a large amount of space beneath the footer - this needs to be removed.
Home Page
· The slides aren’t working properly on windows 10 (edge). There’s some overlapping of text and font issues.
· “Search Jobs” <h3> needs to be a button that links to the jobs page
Clients Page
· The bullet points of the text display on the left side of the image.
