Create a Product Purchasing system using MS Access

We have a web based form which we use to purchase products from our customers such as mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Our current system is designed in PHP and is an online form with login credentials for our staff which are defined by a super user only.
On the first form we capture customer personal information and take photo of them and their ID's and assign them a unique "member number" so if they return to resell something again we can find their record and attach a purchase to it.
On the second form we record the product details and attach it to the customers profile so if we need to query or search where we got a product from we should be able to locate the customers details, time and date of the purchase.
