I need a website (website B) for publishers. Where they get links to promote, and also they can see how much they have made. I would like the website to function like mylikes or viral9. I already have a website (Website A) with my posts. So what i need from is to make a publisher website (website B ) where they can

1) sign up and login anytime. (But i have to Approve accounts first)

2) unique tracking links (analytics UTM source) should assigned for each member

3) Links Section - whenever I add new posts on my website (website A) , It should be automatically assign post to all publishers with unique tracking link with same categories as i have in my Website (Website A).

4) have a analytics to check quality of traffic . (Url UTM SOURCE for Each Publisher )

5) multiply each traffic from links that was promoted x cpc. (to get their earnings)
