Create a Wordpress Template for a new microsite

We're currently looking at setting up a micro site to work in tandem with our existing website at www.yorkplacedental.com. We're looking for a site which we can have more editorial control over rather than having to ask our web developers every time and Word Press has been recommended to us. Unfortunately we don't have either the knowledge or the time to set up the site ourselves so we're looking for someone that can set everything up for us. Ideally we're looking for the micro site to be set up with a theme and template which complements our existing website. We'll also need all opt in boxes and plug ins set up and ready for us to populate with content. We'll also have some downloadable guides to add and data capture fields for customer enquiries and newsletter sign ups which we'd also need assistance with setting up. It's possible that we would then need assistance on an adhoc basis thereafter, but initially we're just looking for a cost for setting up the micro site in Word Press.
