Linkedin & Twitter integration and automation on wordpress

We are building a website and require an expert with LinkedIn integration skills to assist on a wordpress platform. The website will enable registration via the linkedin app and in addition there are a number of requirements that will use this linkedin information with such things as 'liking' a product, writing a review about a product on our website.
expertise in twitter integration is also required, to develop ways to initiate auto pre-defined tweets based on various actions. for example is a user writes a review about a product that is over 4 stars the system will automatically email the user and the vendor congratulating them .
this work is needed on various occasions over the next two months. starting as soon as possible.
sorry - i meant automatically tweet the vendor and the customer. other auto tweets include added a new product and various other statistics.
