Prestashop Developer Required for E-Commerce site (READ VERY CAREFULLY)

We have just installed a prestashop theme and multi-vendor plug in on my new e-commerce website. What I need a prestashop/ developer to do the following urgently ;

1.) Customize the sub-menu, and menu buttons from the admin section and sellers section of our multi-vendor site so that admin and sellers can add products which can then appear on specific menus

2.) Work on the finance on this site. You will have to create a gateway using a plug in that you are familiar with, for sellers to be charged a recurring monthly fee and to also make sure 10% of any sales achieved by sellers on the site to automatically go to the admin as commission.

3.) You will also need to pull up product content from another similar site (not part of us). For example; picture of a shoe, dress and details and add it on to our site complete ready to be purchased. We will need 10 items each on every section. There are over 50-55 sections in total. All items added should be referenced in a document with the URL link from the external website to ensure that if our customers were to buy those items we will know where to go.

4.) Finally, you will make sure there are no bugs on the site left and the site is fully secure.
