Secure and Scan a server that has been sending Spam for Malware -- 3

It looks like our Server might have been infected was flagged for having sent spam eMails. So it needs to be scanned for malware and secured to prevent further problems.

It is a dedicated server runnig Linux and Webmin (No Cpanel)
