Write Code for User Transaction/Financial Dashboard Section of My Website

Looking for a skilled coder who is very familiar with the way Freelancer.com website calculates and records transactions in the My Transactions page and Financial Dashboard page. I have a website (built on the Yii platform) that is finalized in functionality, however when transactions are completed they are not recorded properly in the financial dashboard page and my transactions page (specifically the balance column), therefore I cannot validate that the Admin account and user accounts are being distributed properly during transactions. Also, there appears to be duplication in the admin account transactions. See attached image(s) to see how it's currently calculating in my transactions page and in the admin page and what changes need to be made.

Coder must have strong financial dashboard, payment/transaction recording, problem solving skills. Must test after coding to validate that transactions are being recorded properly (create a project, create a tournament, create and release milestones, etc).

My website functions very similar to Freelancer's with the addition of a couple of features (a tournament portal where organizers can create and manage tournaments and also a rental portal where users can rent out equipment).

Must be able to make transactions for each of the processes (project, tournament, rentals, contests) record and balance properly (including deposits, milestones, payments, etc) in user and admin balance section. Need to be able to know what type of transaction is (see below for example).
