Account creator + Multiple automessages in shoutbox

I'm in need of an application that allows me to send automated messages into a shoutbox with multiple accounts on the same time, features I need are:

- Multi login, E-mail/pass input field

- Proxy connection input field per account

- Multiple messages per account

- Interval support between messages

- Chronologic preview of total messages

- Start/Stop functions

Also application should create accounts, I'll give you website in private message
