Build app that shows balance of bank account and sends requests to offer sites

We request for you to develop an app (we have a full 16 screen mockup from Mockplus) that:
1. Set up the app with standard Login and management of user data.
[login to view URL] the balance from the users bank account (we have the bank APIs)
3. Get the transaction history from the bank
4. Show the balance in an widget
5. Construct 8 pages that collect user input.
6. Send these inputs to external dealsites as per their data specifications.
7. Show the results of these requests to the user, and send the users choice back to the dealsite.
8. Set up the program on a server
9. Subsequent support until all is working properly.
The platform should be Android (for a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge).
You should also supply a price for expanding the app to all Androids and IOS.
Once we have the code working, we will ask a designer to redesign the app. You should also supply a price for the implementing of this new design.
