Build me a database manager for my Affiliate Business

I need a programmer to design an Excel spreadsheet for me for affiliate.

It will be used for collecting and organizing the information of users and those they introduced or brought into the business/company as affiliates. The database would most likely be used in conjunction with my website.

It should contain the following:

DETAILS OF USER/UPLINE

First Name, Surname of Members

City/State of Origin of the User

Email address

License or Registration information

Subscription Info

Payment/Expiration date

Subscription paid

Commission received

Subscription Discount received

DETAILS OF USERS/DOWNLINE (INTRODUCED)

First Name, Surname and City of the Users brought in by X

First Name, Surname of Members

City/State of Origin of the User

Email address

License or Registration information

Subscription Info

Payment/Expiration date

Subscription paid

Commission received

Subscription Discount received

The database should allow me do search and have functionality that I need to administer my business.
