Build a Website -- 2

I have a wordpress website of stores and their offers in which at a time from a store I can buy just one deal. I need a skilled person who can make my website in such a way that people can buy many deals from a single store (different deals of a store and group buy of same deal). So. finally in a store i must be able to import many deals and people can buy those finally in the cart. That order must be stored in My database too as it is done previously for a single deal. (do not disturb my previous code or create any errors)

A test also need to be performed that whether the orders only reach my mail or at the same time it may reach the store mail too. I need it to be done such a way that the order instantly to be moved to both the mails, if in case it is only received by single mail.

It is a Simple project and expected bid should around 3000 only. People whose bid is far above that are directly rejected.
