I have a rental car site that I have personally tried to build but have not been able to because I am not very capable.

Where they just act as a bridge between customer and business.
I want something very professional for businesses to register on my site to get new customers.
I will write you an example of what I need.
1- Very Professional visually designed site.
2- Search engine for customer's needs (Car pickup / drop off - Date/time of booking /Category car (Sedan - Suv - Luxury ect.
3- Log in for Business for to work with me.( Where they have the possibility to see their customers accepted or rejected .
4- When a customer books dates I would like that automatically the system sends an email to all business that a customer for these dates and for this type of car wants to make a reservation.
5- The customer only pays an upfront regisration fee to me and then to the busniess when the car is picked up.
