Configure PHPWord to create a PDF like the original docx

I try to use the PHPWord lib from Github to work on a template

The Script should replace the template tags with the data.
Attached you'll find the [login to view URL] and the small script to do is.
Everything works fine.
Now i need to re-save the templated docx as a PDF file.
I already get a PDF file. But this isn't rendered like the docx file.
Your task is to modify the script so the PDF looks like the word document.
The attached files are only an exmaple. The solution that you have to deliver must work for every docx file.
If you need you can choose any other PDF generator that is supported by PHPWord.
You have to work on your own server.
I will send you all the libs ( for tcpdf ).
