Create a Wordpress plugin

Hello Folks,

I have requirement to create Wordperss plugin that supports both single site or Multisite. The requirement is as below:

1. A database Architecture

2. Automated Interest based Email and SMS system. VIA mailchimp(Non customizable) or Mandrill(Customized). Mailchimp should be able to send 1000+ emails at a time

3. A backend CRM to

3.1 manage Users which can be filtered based on below Classifications

a. User Type like student, Alumni

b. School/College

c. year of Passing

d. Qualification

e. Interest

f. Contents

g. Industries

3.2. To Push Messages.

3.3. To view Analytics Page track clicks, Read,etc. Analytics can be from both Google and Mailchimp.

NOTE: UI should be of Basic Wordpress and Customized

This is the first Part of the Project once done will share other part too.
