EASY ADD ON - OSCOMMERCE

HI GUYS...

EASY ADD ON ON OSCOMMERCE.

We need to add 2 pages on My Account in OSCOMMERCE.

First page:

1. Customer to apply/book for the online warranty number.

- Manual input their invoice number

- Manual input the faulty product name

- Manual input the faulty description

They will be given an BOOKING ID on they submit the form

2. Customer to view the status of their warranty

- Show the Warranty number if their booking are successfull/

- Show the booking status

- Show the warranty status

ADMIN PART

1. We need a page showing the list of the booking ID and some other entities on one screen.

2. We can change the status of the booking on that page

3. We can change the status of the warranty on the same page.

BASICALLY, this is only ADD/INSERT/UPDATE on PHP MYSQL.
