Objective is to build a call forwarding system with below mentioned feature.

Show available twilio numbers. Forward calls, record calls, store calls so they could be listened [login to view URL] & replay voice mail. IVR, call forward scheduling. Phone number verification through Sms.

You'd also be responsible to connect integrate the service with my website.
