Hello! We need renovation of existing magento website 1.4.1.0. (to 1.9.x or 2.1 magento). Our web site store consist out of 3 stores. All these stores are inside the same magento panel. We would like that new magento store would have (if you can suggest some extras or different approach please do not hesitate):
1. Exporting all data from old magento platform to new platform (all products, atributes, categories, costumers (informations and paswords), existing orders…
2. Template of the new website can be bought not developed. Example:

3. Configuration of template:
- colours should be similar to existing page and company color schemes (corporate identity),
- implementation of existing logo on new template,
- Configuration of menues to our needs,…
4. Web site functionality:
- Basic magento functionality and configuration,
- On first site there should be featured products, new Products, random products,
- Product Countdown,
- One page on site must be for writing novelties (blog),
- One Step Checkout,
- Abandoned Cart EMAIL,
- Comparison of products specifications,
- Modul for creating pdf proforma invoices from order (which is sent to costumer only after it is confirmed by administrator),
- Implementation of 2 languages Slovenian and Croatian (these 2 languages are already implemented on old web sites),
- Paypal,
- Ajax modules: Ajax QUICK Add to Cart Extension…
- Final editing of all stores ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL])
- ………
5. On-Site SEO
- HTML structure (h1, h2,…)
- Self generating meta description,
- Configuration for better Google PageSpeed Insights,
- As we mostly sell televisions and hi-fi equipment these should be main points of SEO.
6. Implementation and configuration of already existing aplications:
- Previous programers have programed aplication - price scraper - which must be implemented on new web site and work correctly
- All previous xml, csv imports and exports must work correctly.
