Image Selection for Adsense

I need something like this created: [url removed, login to view] (Please pay attention to what this script does as it should replicate it)

The only difference is that it needs to allow me to enter in my own adsense code. It also needs to include a light or dashed border between the resized images and the adsense ad.

It can use the yahoo image API or google images, so long as it functions in the same manner as the above link. It should automatically resize the selected images to fit the type of adsense ad that is being displayed.

When the code has been created it should allow me to download the completed code along with images easily. Images should be saved to an images folder.
