magento 2.1.7 with porto theme. I have installed [url removed, login to view] . Currently the porto theme has disabled the header wrapper container, so the search as you type dropdown is not loading style information, only unlcickable search terms. I need a SIMPLE fix or workaround to use elasticsuite in porto theme. This page describes my problem exactly and references a workaround to place the search bar elsewhere on the layout. [url removed, login to view] This is a 15 minute project for someone who has accomplished the smile elasticsuite implementation on any custom magento 2 theme that disables the default header container.
