Moving a Static HTML Website to Wordpress

Hi WordPress Experts,
I have a website with a lot of static pages, and I want to move it to WordPress, it was designed a long time ago using Dreamweaver and HTML 4.0. I want a modern look for this site without losing search engine rankings and making it desktop, mobile and table friendly.
It’s important to move actual .html pages maintaining the exact same name and extension (.html instead of WordPress permalinks). So experience with HTML Import 2 or similar plugin will be a great plus for this job.
I also need help creating a WordPress template with a similar layout which should include 14 main categories, and at least 14 legal and informative links like policies, FAQ, contact us, etc…
Regarding graphic material there is no need to create any image, or logo, just move and adapt what is already there. Each category have 4 to 17 items – an image and a short description - linking to a static page with the description for each item.
This website also has an embed code to a checkout system provided by [login to view URL], social media buttons and a custom Spiderline search bar. Other than that there is no fancy java-script or flash code. You can see the URL here: [login to view URL]
