I need a reliable, experienced mobile app developer to submit a proposal for a transport app like Uber or preferably Taxify. Both the Driver's app and the Passenger's app. As the owner, I will also have [login to view URL] to a backend where I can see analytics like how many drivers are active etc.

* Rating system
Additionally, to manage all the process and drivers from a central point an admin panel is required. It is a web (desktop) application that facilitates interactions with customers, manages ride routes, payments, and all other data.
Also, the person that this will be assigned to should be ready to advise on things like:
- Using in-app payments and what to watch out for
- The kind of server to use, app architecture
- SMS send-out
- Mapping and GPI
- Design
If the proposal can include the map plan of how all this can be achieved, even better.
