PHP script to sync CRM with FreeRadius MySQL Database.

We use espocrm and FreeRadius. Looking for a basic script that can run via cron every 5 minutes and check CRM for modified records and transfer 4 variables from CRM MySQL to FreeRadius MySQL. Also need to verify CRM for new records that need to be added to FreeRadius. Username must be unique so error checking for existing username is also required.
