I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built.
I want to build a game of quizzes with weekly leader board .
One page should have one question .it should have timer of 15 seconds .positive answer +1, negative answer -0.5
Should be able to add more quizz questions
1st page should have name, email id , fee and other login details and a logo indicating my page and work experience to show professionalism
Payment gateway should be linked to start the quiz after getting all details
Questions can be theory or image
Please tell us which will be more cost efficient app or website and so it could run on more and more devices possible.
