Hello i have this template [login to view URL] over the past months we have made a lot of changes to it. However people have not kept there coding so clean. So what i would like to do is. Start from scratch and ahve someone go in and add each feature that i have added on my site. Such as city search or chat or the color change. In the end i would like the site to look the same but have a cleaner and better functioning background.
I would also like for you to add a rating system where people can rate each other. It will be a 5 part questionnaire that the buyer and seller will get after the purchase of each item in the area. You also are to make a button on that page that is called I want it. this button will created to let the seller now that this particular person wants to buy that item. once they click I want it the seller will recive in there background accept offer. If the seller presses (accept Offer) they go into a transaction mode where then. Directly after that they evaulate each other. once the rating is completed then that person point system will show and then you can see there over ratings of how well they are about... things like SHowing up ontime stuff like that. But it will be a 5 star stystem. If you have a better idea than please let me know

2. I need my woo commerce area to have two separate slides.. one for furniture and one for the fashion/shopping area. I currently have 2 separate pages, And only one slider providing images on each page.
3. I would like the restaurant area page to be set up on my site .And to be redesigned to look amazing. I just want for it to be great looking..
5. Set up the fashion area correctly. Right now the search bar on the left side is not looking well. I would like for it to be set up correctly. I would also like to have a mega menu set up at the top on the site.
6. Set up the furniture area correctly as well. I would also like to have a button that takes people to a loan page if they are interested in getting a loan for there items..
7. On the real estate page i would like to know if it is possible to make a slider with the search options inside of it. To make it look like its own site area.

11. I would like to have the icon on the front page for messages to be redesigned.
