Scope:
1. Redesign the homepage layout, build custom modules for EasyBlog (adjust existing module).
2. Create the tabbed news categories which pulls featured and latest news from EasyBlog.
3. Implement JA Magz for Blog Categories.
4. Create new / adjust existing positions as per the mock-up.
5. Ensure full compatibility with every responsive layout (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
