Reproduce a multi-sheet Excel form as a multi-page Gravity Form

Extract values and formulas from an excel 2007 file, and filter data to reproduce a Gravity Form for each sheet.
__A software is needed, not the end result__
The excel file (xls 2003 to 2007) will contain more than one sheet.
Most sheets are forms, a sheet contains all definitions for selections.
Step 1) Parse the excel file to build a PHP array with all extracted information:
- data to reproduce in the Gravity Form is contained in colored cells;
- the 1st row can contain a keyword (uppercased) to ignore a column;
- the 1st row can contain the name of a cell (lowercased) which value is use to ignore some rows;
- some rows contain validation rules to reproduce in the Gravity Form;
- formulas in the cells use named cells:

-- store the formula with reference to the entry in the array.

You can propose something else if required.
Step 2) Build the multi-page Gravity Form from the PHP array:
- named cells in Excel must correspond to PHP variables in the array;
- formulas in Excel must use PHP variables in the array and be updated if the user modifies an entry in a previous page of the Gravity Form;
- submitting the form can allow the use of Gravity PDF ([url removed, login to view])
