Shopping cart payment module for WorldPay's FuturePay that works with Avactis Shopping Cart

I need a payment module written for my Avactis Shopping cart installation. My cart currenty works with WorldPay, however, it does not work with WorldPay's FuturePay service, so I need a custom written payment module. FuturePay is WorldPay's recurring billing service, that is integrated into my merchant account. There is also an issue with the shopping cart confirmation emails not displaying the texts correctly in Thai and German language. I will also need you to correct that issue. I believe it is a simple UTF-8 encoding issue.

Also, if you already have something coded that will work with my cart, I am willing to take that. I need this ASAP.

Please only bid if you have experience with custom coding php shopping cart payment modules.

Also, I have all of the payment module source files for the existing cart. I believe they just need to be modified a bit, in order for it to work with FuturePay. Those files are attached.

Due to the enormous amount of indian programmers that have dealt with that claim they can do something, when they cannot, I have decided I will no longer work with ANY Indian programmer or outsource company from India. Sorry... Please do not bid on my project.
