Simple Property Listing Using Google Maps Laravel

Database: MySQL
Features:
1. Google maps with price marker/pin ( Price of the Property )
2. Search ( with autocomplete for area ) and give custom area drawn.. This one is also in google maps API features if I'm right.. I have research this one before. But, please do check yourself.
3. When search like up above, highlight property listing in google maps that within the area
4. When the marker/pin is click/tapped ( in mobile ), it will display information of the property like property name, address, phone number to call, and price.
Authorization Level Access:
1. Master : Can add new admin ( backend access )
2. Admin : Can review property that posted by "User" category.. The decision maker if the property can published on the web or not ( backend access )
3. User ( has category like "Owner", "Agent", "Developer" ). Can post new property, edit property, and remove. All of the action must be authorized or accepted by the admin to be proceed.
For UI, I will give draft for it. And for database, I'll make the database and let you know the structure.
