Sync woo-commerce orders meta data with google calendar

We currently have Woo-commerce products where customers can select Installation date while choosing product configuration. This date field in woo-commerce orders meta is used to send email reminders for customer and client reminding them of their Installation date. We now want to enhance this functionality so that Installation date is synced to our Google calendar based on date selected, There will be maximum limit of 2 Installations for any given date. System has to check for dates and if they have reached maximum 2 Orders, then needs to disable this date from Date picker field (Installation date) so no other customer can select the date which is full. Jobs can either be manually entered directly in google calendar or when a new woo-commerce orders comes in which syncs with Google calendar. System needs to check these dates and restrict users from selecting the same date. (for eg, one manual entry in google calendar and 1 from website, total 2 orders for specific date so that date should be blocked in woo-commerce for any future orders.)
