Hi i'm looking to change the way my forum is designed i would like this page to look simular to the image

This page will have the categorys lined up on the top and display all topics from all categorys below in a bubble with the latest one at the time

This page will just show the topics in the select category

This is the topic page with replys the latest reply will appear on the top of the list

Its coded i just need it rearranged and there are a one new options which are on each reply to a topic a minuite/hour/day count down from when the reply was posted

As well as this i need a front page box like listed here above Videos Lastly Watched

This box will show the last topic posted the title and description and a text box. Members can type in the text box and click reply. If they do this they will be taken the the topic page and their reply will be added. If they click View they will just be taken to the topic and if their not logged in and click one of the buttons they will be asked to login to the website.
