We are needing someone to develop an online booking module for vTiger. This should allow a customer to book an appointment(s) via a website (Wordpress, etc).
Some key features we would like to have:
Online Booking via website -Customer account creation (they need to be able to do this themselves)
Support all booking types including services, events, classes, courses, etc
Configurable booking settings - by hour, day, half day, requires split appointments, runs a series of courses, needs to factor turn-around times. We should be able to configure it so customers can either book a service and/or request for a service so that admins can review/approve/deny the booking request
Booking system needs to have categories of services if we choose to categorize our services
Booking system MUST be able to accept online payments and deposits (we need to be able to use percentage and/or dollar amounts), must be able to give admin ability to allow full payment or deposit
Must be able to add additional options (questions) with/without pricing - Question model should allow for Title, Question Type (text field, area, radio buttons, radio buttons with price, drop down list, drop down list with price, check box, check box with price, date, text heading.
It should allow Questions to be required if admin selects that. It should have a Help text/Description of the question.
It should also allow Conditional question - this is where if a customer selects a certain option like "Yes" then it displays a different set of questions than if they chose "No"
It should have the ability to send an automated email when the customer has made a booking request and once the booking has been approved.
These are some of the features we'd like it to have. We can discuss more of the features when we chat.
We are wanting to get someone that can work on a certain set of features (initially) for the project budget but that understands it well enough so that the other feature sets can be added on a continuous basis.
