WE need a website for your agents to manage/sale tickets offline i.e http://ticketviket.in. This website will used for offline ticket/hotel booking.
in this website user can enquiry about the 9 type offline booking mentioned below.
1. AIR TICKET DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
2. HOTEL BOOKING DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
3. TOUR PACKAGE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
5. SIGHT SEENS DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
6. TRANSFERS DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
7. Visa service
8. FIXED DEPARTURES DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
9. GROUP PACKAGES DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
There are two view of the website.
1. Frontend
2. Admin Panel
There are three type of user in the website mentioned below.
1. Administrator
2. Staff
3. Agent
Administrator: Administrator will be have the super power in this website. Admin can do all the stuff. Admin can have access of the admin panel.
Staff: Staff is the second type of user. They can access the admin panel with limited feature.
Agent: Agent is the end user of the website. Agent can access the frontend of the website.
Frontend:
1. Agent can easily signup from frontend by filling simple information.
2. Agent can submit the enquiry by filling basic information.
3. After submission of the enquiry, it will list in the agent account.
4. Deal sheet will be display on the frontend.
5. Agent can read the reply of the admin on the same thread. A notification icon will be shown on the unread reply.
Admin Panel:
1. A simple dashboard will be display on the admin panel with the unread number of request indication.
2. on click any of the list item. Admin will redirect to the particular list of enquiry. Admin will have the feature to filter the list.
3. Admin can read any enquiry by click on the particular item. Administrator/staff member can reply on the enquiry and an email notification will be send to the client/agent.
4. Admin can forward the enquiry request to the any vendor. information of the client will be remove automatically from the request.
5. User Management: in this module admin can review the all the users. Agent, staff. Admin can create any number of user from the admin panel and an email notification will be send to the user for his/her account.
6. Administrator will parse the online ID of the agent with the user account at the time to approve the agent account.
7. Category: Admin can create multiple category for showing links on the website frontend.
8. Deal Sheet: from this module admin can create multiple link and select the category for the link to show on the frontend. Admin will set the header for the file and attached the single file with the heading.
9. Administrator can assign the enquiry to the particular staff member or it will be assign automatically if admin enable the auto assign enquiry to staff from the system.
10. Each enquiry will have the status open, refused, closed etc.
Assumption:
1. Website will be with basic design, No graphical design work required on the website.
2. All the form filed be provided by US.
3. if agent type his/her name, contact information in the comment than it will not remove automatically. That will be modify by the administrator/staff member.
4. Agent can login in the account only if administrator has approved the agent account.
5. Staff member can see only those enquiry that assign to him/her.
NOTE :- DURING SUBMITTING THE FORM, AGENT CAN UPLOAD FILES, DOCS AS ATTACHMENT AND CAN PASTE URLLINK AND SCREEN SHOT
