2. The system should run on wordpress
3. When you add employee it should automatically become user.
4. List of employees/users can be uploaded as csv.
5. The system should have a payroll management.
6. The payroll should be able to manage basic salary, deductions, additions, loan deductions, federal and state tax.
7. The loan deductions should be in %.
8. The loan deduction should have a time frame, or should stop after the loan amount has been completely deducted.
9. Staff promotion comes in level and step. E.g. Level 1 step 1.
10. Every staff automatically move to the next step every october. Except the staff has attained the maximum step which is step 5. But level are selected manually
10. The basic salary should be tied to level and step.
11. Each staff should be able to view their payslip when it is generated or it should be automatically send to their mail at the point of generation.
12. The bursar should be able to view the payslips.
13. The bursar should be able to view four different reports.
Report with names Rank, level, step, total deductions, total additions, netpay, account number, bank name.
Report viewed base on loan name.
Report view base on deductions name.
Report view base on additions name
Individual payslip should look like this below
