wordpress with plugin MailCWP automation

I have a whole website , It is running on Wordpress with mailCWP plugin.

What feature we have right now ?

TASK 1 -We have a working mailcwp plugin(mail client) which showing mails after entering the mail info like : email address,password and smtp host and port. These information requires for one time , then it saves the info and keep showing mail all the time.

-These above process fetch the info to database and stores it so that after first time it keeps showing mails.

TASK 2- I want when someone register in our wordpress also fetch those username, password and other data to another database.

What we want to do now?

TASK 1 -We want that first time submission process to be automatic. So the question will be how because every user have different email address and password .. how it would be automatic ?

Answer in our case: email adress = wordpress username

password = wordpress password

Smtp details and other = Common for everyone.

These below steps can make the process automatic

-Fetching those information to database for the first time when someone goes to that url. So that db will save it use it further on.

TASK 2-

Send user id and password and other info to another database when someone register to our wordpress site,
