Operations Manual Layout Template Design

Hi All, I am requiring a Business Operations Manual layout template that I can use for different businesses in Microsoft word. I work with businesses to create processes and manuals for them and I would like it to look professional when finished, so it must be able to be reasonably adaptable. (i.e being able to replace logos and change colours etc) but keeping the same layout to an extent. I need a title page/contents page/sections page/headers/footers and in a professional format. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
