Engineering Schematic + Chip Coding + PCB Design + Sample Board + 120 Days Warranty / Support.

This is an easy project for an engineer who has made similar applications before.

I have already source most components (like connectors, buttons, so on).

You need choose which MCU chips and so on. Make Code. Make Sample. Send me for testing. THEN Done.

-- PCB ONE –

- Button 1 (Power Function. On / Off. LED On/Off).

- Button 2 (Speed Down; 3 Levels RPM Speeds. NO LED)

- Button 3 (Speed Up; 3 Levels RPM Speeds. NO LED)

- Button 4 (Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3, Mode 4. LED = 4 in a line)

It is to be connected to a rechargeable poly lithium 12v battery and 12v motor. The Speed functions will alter the RPM difference (PWM and duty cycle percentages) on the motor. The LED will display according to each mode selected on the Mode Function.

When unit is powered off and powered on, it will begin at First Speed = Slow Speed = RPM 1.

There is a total of 6 RPM speeds.

The Bluetooth chip purpose is so it can connect with a smart phone via Bluetooth. We plan to make a Mobile App where the Mobile App will send signals to the Main Device to adjust the speed of the motor from RPM level 1 to 6.

The Wireless remote chip purpose is to receive the signals from the remote and transmit the signals via Bluetooth to our Mobile App.

-- PCB TWO --

Simple PCB Battery Charger for Recharge-able Poly Lithium Battery. Either 1 cell poly lithium 4.2v that uses components to upvert to 12v –OR-- 3 cells with 3 sets of cables combined to make 12v but charges each cell separately. This PCB will have ONE input, a micro USB, 5v current, from computer USB or wall outlet charger. This PCB will have two set of two pads. One pads from battery. Other pads to PCB 3.

Components to ensure will not;

- Over Charge

- Discharge below certain voltage amount to avoid killing battery

-- PCB THREE --

This is simple double sided PCB, two pads on each side. Only function is to transfer power from front large pads to back side pad. That's it.

-- PCB FOUR --

Small board with Battery Pins + 2 Pads. The pads will be used to solder a cable and connect it to PCB 1, to supply PCB 1 with power. The battery pins will only transfer power from PCB 3 (large pads).

-- PCB FIVE --

Remote Controller PCB. This board will have 6 buttons + 1 toggle joy stick. The 4 buttons should be below the toggle joy stick in a square formation. About 12-14mm apart from each other. The two other buttons should be at the front end. Refer to nunchuck remote attachment for reference.

I WILL PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING TO YOU / FROM YOU.

I expect from you the following;

- Make Schematic Diagram

- Build of Materials

- Make sample board (breadboard or PCB, including assembly and preliminary testing)

- Mail me sample board (I will pay shipping separately)

- Provide gerbers, build of materials list, code on ic, pcb design file and all other files used to construct the code on the chip

- 120 days warranty of bugs or support of simple write-ups or updates.

What I mean by 120 days warranty or support. Say the components list has problem. Or the code has bug we originally overlooked. This is cover by warranty. Starts after I released Milestone 3.

By support, it will just mean some simple adjustments if we decide use different motor or battery or add/update the vibration modes. Major adjustment fees can be discussed.

I will make 4 milestones.

- Milestone 1 (20%) released when I see schematics and request for components list to be mailed to you.

- Milestone 2 (25%) released after seeing test sample fully functional without bugs

- Milestone 3 (25%) released after receiving all files related to the project + samples made & tested locally by me.

- Milestone 4 (30%) released after 120 days of warranty / support coverage.
